Review how to find the radius, diameter, Circumference and Area of circles.
Look for 3 items at home with the shape of a circle, such as a can, cup. Trace the circle of each item on paper and measure the diameter to the nearest whole inch (number) for each item. For example a circle with a diameter of 3.5 would be 4 inches and a circle with a diameter of 3.3 in would be 3 inches.
Using the formulas you learned, find the diameter, radius, circumference and Area for each item. Label each item (what is the circle of), be organized with your work, presentation counts for grade. Also, be creative with the items you pick.
Once you are done with your project submit a picture of it to me for grade. Make sure your project has your name, and all the requirements. If not sure what to do, ask me questions :)
