Enrichment and Clubs
Enrichment
Enrichment classes are available in the fall and again in the spring. These are one hour weekly classes after school for an additional fee. Classes vary from year to year but include such topics as Cooking, Sewing, Reading Comprehension, Drama, Math and Science Horizons, Mind Blowing Science for Kindergarten and first grades and Arts & Crafts. The current drama session is putting on a production of The Wizard of Oz in the Spring.

Clubs
Students in grades 5 through 8 are invited to participate in the clubs of their choosing. All clubs meet twice a month. The classes can vary from year to year. Some include Cooking, Science, Choir, Physical Fitness, Stamp & Coin Collecting, Chess and other strategic games and Computer Classes. The Middle School students are eligible to become active members of the Student Governing Board and the eighth graders are invited to join the yearbook committee.

In addition to electives there are several functions during the school year that engage the entire student body. Each year the students prepare projects for the Science Expo and in the spring their talents are exhibited at the Art Show. The Christmas Concert is a magical experience performed by all the students in grades 3 through 8 and a separate performance of The Nativity is performed by the Kindergarten through 2nd grades. Students in grades K through 2 perform in a Spring Concert that is scheduled during the school day. The evening Spring Concert is a collaborative performance by fourth through eighth graders.
